Recreational Twinset Diving
2 days
This non-certification course introduces the use of a manifolded twinset with isolator and wing for buoyancy control. It is designed for the advanced recreational diver who wishes to use a twinset to be able to go deeper or stay longer with additional redundancy. The principal skills introduced are gas shutdowns and gas sharing with a long hose and it covers equipment configuration, weighting and trim. The course gives a good introduction to technical diving and spending a season developing familiarity with the equipment and procedures on the kind of recreational dives you are currently doing will enable quicker and easier progress with any future technical training.
